Message:   To Minnesotans against smoking bands, members, and associated organizations,

Minnesota passed in the state house and senate a state wide smoking band. The Governor says he will sign this bill, this means that it has officially passed and will go into effect. But do not be discouraged, we need to act in a way that will confuse the anti-smokers into helping our cause out. We need to make an example by what history has taught us. We need to push for an all out tobacco use band state wide. You may be thinking that I am nuts, but just read on. Remember Prohibition and how that turned out. We would be best to instigate the same thing for smoking. Just make it for the use of all tobacco products. This would mean that the state cannot collect on the astronomical taxes placed on tobacco products, this will upset residents that they will have to make up for the tax buy other taxes. Also, this product will be sold on a black market basis almost guaranteed. We all know how prohibition drove to the r e-legalization and more rights to drinkers. This needs to be the case to finally shut down the anti-smoking organizations once and for all. If they get what they are really after, the prohibition of tobacco products, their membership will disappear. Then the problems with a prohibition will kick in, taxes are raised on other items like gas, groceries, clothes, or property. People will be upset and tell government that people are still smoking illegally by the black market and this will cause the reversal of the law and get rid of all banding in the state.

Thank You,
Pat.
