Yep that's Sophie, our little girl  She just had a bath and Bev had to put her Halloween costume on. Sophie is about 18 months now and still has a lot of puppy in her. I'd love to turn her loose on a rabbit or squirrel but I can't do that around here, if I did she's get run over by a car. When she see's one she goes crazy and wants to go, one day I had her off her leash and as soon as I opened the door to take her for a walk she shot after a rabbit. Here she goes across the yard after the rabbit, down to the sidewalk and toward the road. luckily the rabbit ran down the sidewalk and not across the road, smart rabbit  I yelled at Sophie and she surprised me and stopped dead in her tracks. From now on when I go out the door she's on her leash. She is a very lovey dog, maybe thats the female trait in her  Everyday when I come home she's so glad to see me, wagging her little tail and putting her paw up as to say hi  not to mention all the doggy kisses I get anyway thought I'd share the picture, I know we have some dog lovers out there. |
