Message:   I know there are restrictive covenants on much of the property in Timberon.

Is there any area that DOES NOT have a restrictive covenant for tents, camping, etc? We are looking to buy 1 to 5 acres to use as our own personal campsite (tent) until we retire and then possibly relocate permanently (15 to 20 years)?
