Trying out a new feature

Been playing some more with what the wonderful world of web design allows me (within limits of sanity, of course), and have finally figured out how to add a feature I've wanted for a long time: The ability to view large cover scans (as opposed to only the postage stamp sized versions on the review pages themselves) in their own popup windows. I don't see this as being a feature every review will have, but I'm happy to include it in some of them. Mainly I think it will be a nice feature where older books are concerned, as it can be hard for aficionados to find really high quality scans of retro SF book covers (and I really go to town cleaning up old covers when I scan them for reviews).

Right now I've got the feature on two retro review pages: Brain Stableford's The Florians and Isaac Asimov's I, Robot. Check em out and let me know what you think. Some of you may need to deactivate popup blockers to get it to work, but maybe not.

Character's name is not Riel.

It's Rien.

If you have time to fix it? Coolness.

Right, duh. Well spotted. Thanks.

All these exotic alien names. It would be so much easier if writers named all their characters John and Mary, wouldn't it?
