Terry Pratchett, who was recently diagnosed with a form of early-onset Alzheimer's, has donated $1 million to Alzheimer's research. A campaign is on, offering direct Paypal donations plus T-shirts for sale, to encourage fans to match Terry's donation. So far they have raised nearly $8000 as of this post. I encourage my readers to contribute. I will be ordering a shirt myself. Head on over there and do some good, especially if you're a Discworld fan.
