Kyle's Spinal Tap and chemo went well this afternoon (injection of chemo into his spinal fluid).
We are now admitted and settled in, ready to start his Methotrexate chemotherapy this evening... They will be stopping all nourishment to Kyle's cells and after a specific amount of suppression hours, they will go back in and rescue his "good" cells before he dies. Sounds scary, but very necessary in killing of the remaining cancer cells.
Unfortunately, through this whole process, anything done to the bad cells is also bad for his good cells.
