Hi there trooper.
We are finally back from Europe where we have spent our vacations, at home in Corsica, where Napoleon was born. It was great! It is home and I needed to see my folks...My dad decided that it was a good time to scare us while we were there and we got to spend our share of hospital visits. He is a tough cookie and finally returned home last Monday. You are a tough cookie too and you will return home too....that's what tough cookies do!
It was funny there: Lucie and Vincent had no other choice but to speak French there, to make extensive use of their hands to describe what they were trying to say and even to draw it on paper. They got better at it after a while! They also got to eat funny things like wild boar, fried lamb brain, donkey sausage...of cours we only told them afterwards!
We are glad to be back and glad to find you standing and kicking behinds! Good for you! Are you competing with your mom to see wwho has the strongest will and the biggest love?
