Well, time to restart the prayer chain for Kyle. He just got out of the hospital today (24 hr observation) and no sooner did we get home did the hospital call to tell us that his cultures grew bacteria.
It's a gram positive bacteria which I reminded them was the one that caused Kyle's heart catheter to be replaced twice before. Ahhh they said, looks like this will be a third.
Problem, if this line is removed, there is no where to put a new line and Kyle will have to do without which is very dangerous and painful to him.
Please pray that the Dr.s can come up with a solution to this for Kyle's safety and well being. Besides this mishap moments ago, things are sailing smoothly!
