So,

After a late start, Kyle breezed through surgery. He's doing fine. He has an IV in his arm for the antibiotics and it looks like we may be outta here as early as tomorrow!

His line site is still bleeding, but they said that's normal because he had the line for so long.

Sean's interview went fabulous and Barry came to visit Kyle in his room! Autographed pictures all around and the whole whirlwind day is coming to a close...with the exception of the art class the boys are attending right now.

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers, I know they played a huge part in making this day as smooth as it was!

P.S. We'll be back in the hospital for more chemo on Tues. They'll be placing a temp catheter in his right arm to receive it. He will also be getting big shots in both of his thigh muscles..ouch! Pray for him next week, it's a toughie and he'll need you.

THEN, We will be gone Dec 1 through 10 on Disney's Big Red Boat!!!!!! Kyle's Make-a-Wish was scheduled and we're soooooo excited! We've only been waiting for almost 4 years!!!!! Praise the Lord we need this vacation! It's back to hard core chemo and a new heart catheter when we return, but absolute freedom and fun for 10 days before that!
