I have been a correctional instructor for 14 years and though I no longer conduct classroom training I still enjoy talking about the subjects I instructed in and doing what I can to develope staff. This forum is my new classroom. I hope to have postings by guests that are also informative. Feel free to disagree but be prepared to explain.

Also I hope you read the entire threat. If you scrool to the most recent posting you may find that I have corrected errors and/or updated our understanding of the titled issue.
