I had a relative who was an administrative assistant to one of our state's Senators in Wash.D.C. When the Senator got calls from his constituents about poor federal services in my profession he would have his staffers jump on it, my cousin would call me for particulars in my profession and get back to the Senator who would always follow through on the complaint. I strongly recommend that you call your federal Senator and explain your concern, they really will act on it, I've seen it.
