I apologize. I have very little information. My dad was Oscar Franklin "Frank" Sanders, Jr. I believe he was 2nd LT, Marines. Served sometime between 1967-1972. Best I know, he was discharged medical from a friendly grenade explosion. I know he was infantry, and badly injured. His dad was SGTMGR marine. Had a brother, Charles, who was enlisted. Wore glasses. White dude, possibly balding. Dark hair. My dad never spoke of the war, but was a proud marine. It did, however, profoundly impact his life and was likely a contributing factor in his death. I wish I had company info or even a zone, but I don't. I'm sorry. I am just hoping someone recognizes the name.
