BFRANK ... Are you in the VA system? Did you have an Agent Orange Registry exam?
If the VA is no help then YOU get some from a VSO. Let them fight the fight for you. What makes you think the rash is from AO? Is the VA not being any help in medically treating the rash or are they turning down a claim you filed for what you feel is AO exposure related?
Don't fight then alone. Go to a VSO like the VVA, or DVA and VFW
