I figured that it just had to be bad satire, but Jinks comments suggest that it may not be. As a satire is would have a little black humor to it. As a serious piece, it makes the guy a nutcase.

Maybe the guy is just a male version of Ann Coulter - just tries to piss people off to stay in the news.
