I saw that on TV this AM before heading out into the below zero wind chill to come to work (yep! still work part time). That was one huge hunk of ice to be on an airplane - if an aircraft had that thick an ice accumulating on it - the pilot would be in deep s***.
It wasn't yellow, so wasn't ejected from the toilets...I really don't know, but the damage it did to the vehicle showed it did come from way up there. Perhaps it came from the space station??? But with global warming it should have melted. A comet piece?Food for thought, or should I say ice for thought.
