Sue, the teacher of the Critical Skills class at Rancho Bernardo High School, would like some of our dogs to visit her students. She would like us to tell the students about our dogs, discuss safety, and let students read to the dogs. This students have short attention spans, so we will play it by ear.

She has 8 to 10 students.

Dates: Either (or both?) Wednesdays: March 14th and/or March 21st

Time: Noon to 1:45 p.m.

So far, those dates are good for me. Did you contact the usual suspects (that's suppose to be a private eye) to see if they can attend ~Charlie, Moli, Caper, etc.?

So far for March 14th we have 2 dogs (Cody/Dana & Charlie)

and one poodle for March 21st. I've only heard from 2 members so far.

I don't think I can make either of those dates--because of work! However, I will let you know if the 14th opens up. If so, we can be there!

Actually, I can only afford to go one of those days. So, whichever works out for more people will be the day I can go. Gotta make a living

I have only heard from 3 people. I think the 14th is looking the best, but hard to tell since we haven't notified many people yet.

Poway Unified students & teachers head back to school tomorrow, Monday, February 26th. They had a week off. I assume we will be getting more requests for our pet-visits to classrooms.

Eric, the Curriculum Director for Elementary Schools, intends to send out the email with our information & pictures again soon. He was afraid the teachers would not have paid attention to the previous email because it went out the week before vacation.

In addition to the March visit to Rancho Bernardo High School, we also have a request from Morning Creek and a 2nd grade class at Shoal Creek, but I don't have any dates for them yet.

We will meet at NOON in the Administration Office.

The visit will end by 1:45 the latest.

Please let me know if you are able to attend. So far, the dog planning to participate at RBHS are Cody/Dana, Charlie, Caper, Moli, and Daffany.

If I've forgotten someone or if you would like to be added to our visiting teams, please let me know.

I will email directions directly to each team member.

We still have room for more dogs to bring smiles to the Critical Skills students at Rancho Bernardo High School. We would like to bring lots of dogs!
