I have used ArcImg to create a 1.6Mb disk image from a 1.6Mb ADFS disk.




I can't get Archie to read it though. The highest capacity disk it will support is 800k!




How do I get 1.6Mb disks to work?

Hi Jon,




as I know, Archie just emulates older Archimedes models (up to A3000). Those models only understood 800k discs, so Archie only understands 800k discs too. The only way to use 1.6 Mb discs is to use RS or VA5000.
