Just a reminder that this event is approaching and more than 20 buses have already indicated they will be attending. Eddie Purchase and I are running things again this year and any vintage bus or commercial vehicle is warmly invited. You can download an application form here! Free tea, coffee and goodie boxes as well as free admission to Sacrewell Farm and free travel on Nene Valley Railway for visiting vehicle crews. One of the friendliest events in the rally calendar!

I just wanted to say that my family are looking forward to the Peterborough Bus Rally – it’s the one rally they really enjoy because, apart from the buses, there are good facilities, clean toilets, somewhere decent to eat and a good, friendly atmosphere. It may be a little bit out of the way, but well worth a visit.

Just a reminder that this event is this Sunday. Should be a good day out with nearly 50 visiting buses and free bus services to and from Peterborough Queensgate bus station and Wansford Station, Nene Valley Steam Railway. The railway has a visiting Deltic D9009 Alycidon, travelling post offices with mail exchanges with trackside apparatus and a beer festival.
