Tax discholder screw size

Can anyone tell me with 100% certainty the size opf the thread of the small brass cheese head screws used to hold the tax disc holders and glass in, on the RT/RM tax disc holder? The thread is important as its the same size and thread of another application on an RT I need to get screws for, but here in Metric land nothing to compare it with.........

TIA

My bus number (if any): RMC 1458, RM 1585 aand RTL 960

Re: Tax discholder screw size

I have one of these and it has two cheesehead screws 6BA.

Re: Tax discholder screw size

Thans Jack. That means the screws holding the glazing bars on an RT front canopy blind box are also 6BA, good job I asked I was assuming 4 BA!!

Re: Tax discholder screw size

Just in case anyone is getting screws for the RT canopy box glazing bars, they are actually 4BA. Although Jack was right that the license holder screws are 6BA, sod's law was the ones I used for a pattern thread were 4BA.
