House for sale with Routemaster sized covered storage and Pit Herefordshire area

Just up the road from where Ilive a house is on the market which has a large steel framed covered storage building that will accomodate 2 Routemasters side by side and there is also an inspection pit installed.

This building was the workshop of a timber frame house producer until about 4 years ago.

Besides the main store there are offices and other storage buildings in the yard, besides the house which has superb views of the countryside. Low loaders etc can get access, curently has a collection of railway carriages in the yard.

Situated just over the border inside Powys, Wales about 6 miles from Kington Herefordshire, ideal for the midlands Birmingham about 1 hour away, Cardiff about the same other direction.

Nice peaceful rural setting 4 miles from shops. Ideal for bus restorer!

Anyone interested I can put you in touch with the owner direct. Think it is over 400k.

Thanks

Matt

My bus number (if any): RML 2547
