Removing accumulators

I have decided to send both my accumulators to Hebble Hydraulics for reconditioning. They are not holding the nitrogen charge beyond a few weeks.

How easy is it to remove and refit the units? Do I have to drain off any hydraulic fluid?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Removing accumulators

All you need to know to remove the accumulators is here John.

Or you can go to the ROOF web site and reach it through "Recharging the brake accumulators (South Devon Railway)" towards the bottom of the page.

Re: Removing accumulators

Thank you Brian, I had forgotten the very useful South Devon links.
