RM875

Drove RM875 from north of Newcastle to Edinburgh on Sunday, on second and final leg of journey from South Wales. The bus is a credit to Philip Denham, who owned it for about 20 years, and Martin Detheridge of London Bus 4 Hire (in Monmouthshire), who worked on it for MOT and did a fantastic job silvering the underside. Thanks also to Gordon Lea, who stored it safely at Earsdon Storage in the north-east for several weeks, and Graham Rigby, who shared the driving. RM875 will make its wedding debut this weekend.

My bus number (if any): RM1353
