According to Ross Newman during November Ensign sold RCL2220 and Northern Routemaster FPT590C to Stephensons of Essex.

FPT590C was seen on the back of a tow truck northbound on the M11 on the 20th of November.

Hi all,

I would suggest that this picture was taken Oct '86. The location is Buchanan Bus Stn Glasgow and the Routemaster has just pulled from the stand for service 18 to East Kilbride.

The reason I can date this is because I was the Traffic Assistant at Magicbus and FPT590C was in the fleet alongside RCN695, RCN699, FPT598C for school contracts.

As you can see the bus hasn't any fleetnames applied which would also suggest Oct '86.
