Following up... Converted routemaster sales

Following on from a thread on here over the summer where mutilated Routesmasters for offered for sale. I proposed a central database or site that would help buyers find already converted buses to help prevent the chopping up of others. Quiet a few members commented positively about this.

As a result I have started a section on my website to advertise buses for sale. This will no doubt develop over time but to start with I'm focusing it on London and vintage buses for sale.

This will be a free of charge service. Sellers can just email me photos, details and asking price and I'll list it free of charge as a classified type ad. Customers will deal directly with vendors, no middle man or commission.

Please spread the word about the community and if you have a bus for sale please get in touch.

Thanks

Hi Barry, is your open top bus RML2697 by any chance? I used to drive it for Scottish Travel Coaches of Greenock when it still had it's roof.

My bus number (if any): RM967 (Driver & Restoration Consultant, bus owned by Tom Ireland)
