Some knocked about RM`s

Taken at Bus Sales in the old AEC Works on July 17 1984, it`s a picture of withdrawn stock with various forms of damage.

Not sure how RM 1870 sustained a bizarre form of rear end damage. RM 1632 at a quick glance doesn`t look too bad until a zoom in reveals some heavy damage to most of the offside roof line. On the far side of the truck is an RM with a hefty whack to the front blind box area and the RM in the distance has a heavier than usual thump to the front n/s roof dome.

Re: Some knocked about RM`s

RM 1632 had Simms electrical equipment and a Leyland engine, not sure that roof damage would have ensured withdrawal other wise, RMCs had far worse than that Neil.

My bus number (if any): RTL 960, RMC 1458, RM 1585 and several RTs
