Bus Stop and Bus Lane Signs

Full details can be found here: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2002/3113/schedule/5/made

If the signs on the road or at the roadside do not comply with the TSRGD, then it is not a road sign and gives very good grounds for appeal if ever you get done for "disobeying" a road sign, i.e. driving a bus in a buses only lane.

The comment made in the "tyres" thread about what the bus is taxed as i.e. "historic" making it not a bus is completely wrong. Anyway, the tax disc is being abolished at the end of September so the VOSA man can argue all he likes about it not being a bus!

My bus number (if any): RML2532
