Air test Kit

Dear Forum members,

We are looking to source a Air test kit for gear box air pressure. We have tried in our local area, however we have found this to be elusive.

Does anyone know if i can purchase one or if one can be made please.

Thank you

Keith.

Re: RM Air test Kit

Dear Keith Saunders,

A air test board comprising 2 gauges pressure rated at 0-200 psi with air hoses could still be available somewhere within this forum fraternity.

It was an ex LT garage tool, issued to all garages. The Pt No 352-27870 was until recently available for sale from Simon or Kevin of Squirrel Preservation.

It is possible to construct such a test rig with the appropriate materials.

The same test board can also be used on vehicles, RT codes,RM codes, DMS,& Ley Nat

Re: RM Air test Kit

A suitable adaptor, a length of hose and a pressure gauge is available from branches of Pirtek.

Re: RM Air test Kit

I didn't know Squirrel had the adapters, I couldn't find them so I made up a cheap and effective air pressure test system.
