Ensign Running Day

We enjoyed a superb day yesterday riding on Ensign's superb heritage fleet - a first for me was incorporating the Tilbury Foot Ferry - saw many familiar faces - the highlight being faultlessly driven on an RT by Mr Peter Newman himself. - many thanks to the team for organising it all.

My bus number (if any): RML2747

Re: Ensign Running Day

Timetabling to meet the Gravesend/Tilbury ferry was a masterstroke enabling a quick change of route. As usual an exceptional day out from Ensign. For once it seemed as if the tunnel was in a more co-operative mood which must have helped running times.
