Old London Transport lettering on a new bus for London



Noticed this historic black-edged gold underlined lettering, instead of the usual TFL Buses roundel, on a green Arriva nbfl.

It made me smile.

My bus number (if any): RMs 238, 471 and 2213, GS17

Been like this since 2014. This is LT2 and she was done in green when she went to be tested in keeds as put in first green livery came back amd was repainted green lt country livery was gossip was meant to be done for a ad for harrods but never appeard so she was done to copy rm2
