Re: How to post pictures

Roy

I think you can only post pictures on here if you are subscribed to a `hosting network` such as Photobucket that I use - and which someone set up for me as I couldn`t figure it out to start with years ago. I may be wrong but I have a feeling that this is the only way. It`s also probably why so few of us post pictures on here - especially after Photobucket stopped free hosting last year and now it has to be by paid account.

If, however, you want to email the picture to me, I`ll transfer it to my Photobucket account and from there to this site. And I`m happy to do that at any time for anyone who is prepared to share their knowledge and help someone out when having a picture to refer to would make the explanation that much easier.

Re: How to post pictures

If you click on bb code above the Enter Message window that you get when Starting a New Topic or Replying to a post it will explain how to insert links to websites into your posts.

Any image on the web can also be included in your post. It is best if the image is less than 960 pixels wide.

If anyone emails me an image they wish to include, I will host it and incorporate it into your thread, might take a couple of days.

Thanks Neil for offering to do the same. Your photos, old and new are always a delight.

My bus number (if any): RMs 238, 471 and 2213, GS17
