Rear hub seals and bearings

RM series rear hub seals part numbers:

inner seal, a grease seal W52542550
outer seal, an oil seal which faces OUTWARDS 963575A

these are numbers taken directly off the seal itself, but your bearing factor may not recognise these numbers so take the old seal along.

Wheel bearings Timken numbers:
767X752
759-99401 759 752
Can't recall which is inner and which is outer as they are very similar in size.

The 115mm hexagon hub nut is EXTREMELY tight (or it should be) and is handed so that the nearside is left hand thread. The bearings are adjusted using several spacer tubes, hence the nut goes up tight. You will NOT be able to undo the nut with a hammer and chisel.

Re: Rear hub seals and bearings

I know where there is a hub nut spanner; its a big brute! Contact me and I will put you in touch with the man you need to talk to if you need to borrow it.

My bus number (if any): RM1152
