Gearbox piston seals

I had hissing and bubbling with air blowing out of the dipstick hole on my gearbox when engaging first gear. I've replaced the piston seals and have put some photos of this on the ROOF website (click Return to Website above).

Unfortunately the problem remains. I've checked the piston seals again and they are fine. I'm perplexed and would be grateful for any advice or suggestions.
