Brake Light in cab

Hopefully somebody will have had the same problem and can help me out.The white brake warning light in the cab,the one just below the transmission light refuses to go out.The brakes are working perfectly and she would stop on a sixpence, but the light just won't go out.My best guess is an electrical problem somewhere, but any help diagnosing this problem will be gratefully accepted.

My bus number (if any): RML2478

Re: Brake Light in cab

Try tapping the cut out switch located underneath in the brake line. It's a squarish chunk with a dome shaped protrusion and a couple of wires which link to the flag and light in the cab. Sometimes the switch gets a bit sticky with muck and oil and the switch unit gets stuck. Hit it gently with a spanner!
