Don't forget outrageously high water/sewer rates from piling city expenses onto the W/S budget which directly increases your rates. I saw a $60,000 heavy duty dump Truck at the City Yard marked " Melrose Water & Sewer Divison". They were cutting down and collecting broken tree branches around town after the wind storm last week and dumping them at the yard. Again, what is the connection to W/S expenses here?? Were the two truck operators also on the W/S budget?? Likely.

Well the good news is with half a dozen different publications stating Melrose is one of the best places to live in the state/country you won't lose money on the house.

Oh NO! The facts are that Melrose already had their hands in the group who some were established by Dolan.

Facts still remain the same...someone who actually want to live in Melrose can be duped into giving you big bucks for a house in a community you don't like. There's a sucker born every day and they are all lining up to live in this horrible community. Big fools, all of them.
