Just went on the City of Melrose Assesment page to check what Gail Infurna pays for her Real Estate Taxes. She is demanding the rest of us (who make far less than she does) to make a decision to pay more RE taxes for the Override. Who owns the condo she lives in at 12 Mt. Vernon Street? City records have “no results” when her name is entered for a property ownership search? She sold her house on Boston Rock Road last year and moved to the condo she has owned and rented for a few years. Why does the Assessors page of owners respond with “No Results” when her name is entered? Is she a tax evader just like Trump? What game is she playing with her own taxes and property. Who owns her condo?
12 Mt Vernon St #41, G M I Living Trust, last transaction 5/31/18, Gail M Infurna, Grantor, to G M I Living Trust. She is the sole Trustee. Her total tax bill for FY 19 is $3,729.45
As much as I think she's a complete lightweight, totally useless, and a pawn for Doughboy the Melrose Mean Girls, there's nothing unusual there. It's common practice for public officials to do this. It offers a measure of protection against lawsuits.
And for the record, if you had used the correct search parameters, you could have found that out yourself. Your speculative comments are way out of line. We're looking for facts, not unfounded speculation.

Yes, Ward 5 Comments have been posted regarding “Pot” elsewhere. Complaints about past Ward 5 Representation can be posted by residents of 5-1 and 5-2 anywhere. They shouldn’t be “delegated” by others to certain topics. Voters of other Wards also have opinions regarding GI’s “work” and current antics which they are expressing, too. on any string.
