Enough of the schools, the farce of an override, the bogus politicians who steal our money for health insurance, the crazy "Black Lives Matter" group sitting in front of city hall last night at 6pm with little kids in 90 plus degree heat, the farce of the school crowding issue and modular classrooms, the certifiable sc chair, the water/sewer rates fiasco (which has yet to be solved), the farce of a human rights commission which has yet to discuss the civil rights violations in the MPS, CT who is 23 cents short of a quarter (and old enough to retire years ago!), the farce of a building committe for the new police/fire stations...which will be ignored and has yet to meet...and then there is PDR our chief financial guru with a police record....and the the maniacal, misogynistic, narcissistic, fascist who is about to become the republican presidential nominee....no faith in local or national politics...

Wait - we already have him as President already! At least this one knows who the real enemy is so that we can finally be protected rather than to have over 25 terrorist incidents in the past 7.5 years in the US. Oh...did I mention that at least the Republican for President has built something and has worked in the private sector. Let's not make anymore stupid decisions about voting for community activists or scoundrels like Hillary.

What? The only thing Trump has built successfully is a massive list of contractors, subcontractors, investors and of course, students of Trump "University" who got stiffed by this scumbag.

Hey idiot! Ever hear of capitalism....you know - that economic system that has been responsible for bringing more people out of poverty than socialism could ever! Trump has created 10's of thousands of jobs for women, minorities, and the average Joe. Whereas, the Democrats have driven more people into poverty (poverty rate has increased since Obama has been in office, more in debt (he national debt has increased by over 10 trillion since Obama has been in office), and pushed more people out of the workforce (largest number of people not working in the history of this country since Obama has been President).No one, and I mean no one could be worse than Obama or Hillary - not even Donald Trump - who knows how to create jobs.

Not for anything, but it was BUSH that had been in office for seven years when the financial system melted down and the country tail-spinned into near depression with the resulting loss of millions of jobs as a direct result. It was Obama who then had to pick up the pieces, with of course, no help from the Republicans in congress who still foolishly believe to this day that austerity measures would some how pull us out of the Republican-created near depression. Had the Republicans not repeatedly stonewalled the Democrats' attempts to pass legislation to pump $$ into the economy in the proven Keynesian model we would be much better off today. I say every Republican should be required to take Keynesian Economics 101, including MFD..

Was there really a Black Lives Matters protest in front of city hall?

I saw a group on City Hall lawn when I went to Wood and Fire for dinner Friday night. It was HOT as hell. The kids should have been in air conditionied house or under a sprinkler.

All lives matter including black lives. If there is ever a sit in or meeting where people congregate to show support post it. I'll be there if not away.
