Teachers, have no say anymore in the schools. In the hallways at the Lincoln a boy would bounce his ball everyday. Parents were ok with this bad behavior and allowed it to continue. The reason is because they would take legal action if not.
The parents are to blame in so many of the problems.
This situation happened with a secretary and teacher and management took the teachers side. Cindy, wants to do her wheeling's and dealing's with just one president. The paras have no idea till it's gone and no one is stepping up to run.
Patty was a good person who fought for the rights of children in our district pro bono. A strong advocate for anyone in need. An intellectual, attorney, friend, mother, sister, daughter. A person unafraid to speak out against those who placed themselves above the needs of our children.
Rest in peace Patty. You will be missed.

By now, my guess is that the former Hoover principal has already made significant headway at Lincoln. She is missed at Hoover! The interim principal is terrible. Has the search for a new Hoover Principal started?
Obviously you do not work at Hoover because your statement is totally untrue. The new principal is doing a wonderful job, and working very hard to maintain what was left to her as well as working to keep staff happy. Go someplace else to lie!!! !

My four children are now at the charter school and more friends are thinking the same thing. The faculty and students are not being bullied like the public schools. I can see why the union is not strong anymore. The teachers wanting money for every step they take. JUST TEACHER!
