What worries me? It is 2017 and we are all equal now. I worry for my husband, wife, daughter, son, sister and brother who put's back on their uniform to serve and protect. Are you kidding me? When you do that you wind up having false accusations made against you by the city's lawyer and dragged into court on a harassment complaint. After that your child will be ostracized, and you may be denied access to the school without an escort. MM is really the only place left where you can air your complaint.

I am a parent at one of the schools in Melrose. As a parent we need to step it up and give more quality time with our kids. That does not mean put them in 4 to 5 sports it's not healthy and then go berserk on the kids and yourself.

CT keeps a tight micro managing reign on school employees and is narcissistic Some employee contracts have an remunerate attendance bonus clause. When an employee requests a "personal" day off or a day off under FMLA CT is known to charge the employee with a "sick" day off to circumvent paying the bonus. Shameful. The employees have to watch every pay stub to ensure that the attendance balances are correct. Hard to do if you are a low level or part-time employee that she considers non-essential but that she really cannot deal without and she keeps all the attendance and payroll records under lock and key.
