Hey guys, there is this old thin man in his 60's who probably lives on West Wyoming Avenue but is seen walking on Willow St, Corey St and W.Forester street pushing Shaw carts. He is a violent alcoholic. If you see him walk away. This man will scream at you, chase & hurtle abuses if you do not respond to his friendly overtures.

It is absolutely scary, especially if you are alone, please change directions or call the police!

We deserve and should have access to safe streets and not be besieged by substance abusers who believe they are entitled to a chit chat with a stranger. In these scary times better to be safe than sorry.
