I feel bad for Melrose residents, even though they brought this disaster on themselves, and have no one but themselves to blame for it. I was born and brought up in Melrose, and lived there most of my life, but I have to admit that one of the best decisions I ever made was to move to Wakefield. I saw this faux Cambridge foolishness coming years ago.
