He did not have a degree. Indeed I doubt very much that he even made it beyond Std. III in elementary school. And he certainly did not try to grab the headlines as some others did. Yet he was as integral in his own way as any other Gouyaveman in making our town the beloved place to always come home to. So many fond memories!

"Hey Tone, ah hear you come so ah bring some bananas, limes and plums for you." My friend, Spencer never forgot how much I used to look forward to him bringing me those fruits when he came from the garden with his dad and my dear God-father, Paren Frankie.
