The Ultimate Sailing Venue
What a place! I can safely say this is the best place I have had the good fortune to sail!
The Royal Veruna Yacht Club in South Pattaya has the type of set up to make any sailing club envious. The main club house which is very modern is set in a tropical paradise surrounded by coconut trees with its own secluded beach. Some of the facilities at the site include main bar & food bar within the clubhouse, a beach bar, swimimg pool, on site chandlery and boat repairers an enough space to cope with over 100 Darts! The wind blows 18-25mph all the time and its hot 30+! and the water is like sailing in a warm bath, a place worth visiting! It would actually be cheaper to get boats there than to an event in Europe. There is loads to do off the water for all, including families! and the people are the politest I have ever met. Beer, food and hotels are cheap and high quality!
