My apologies if this was already addressed, but does anyone know anything about the song Hugh sings on the Fabulous Phantoms CD? To say it's the best track on the disc is an understatement, but I was curious if it came from a show or if anyone even knew who wrote it.

Thanks in advance for the help. I'm seeing Hugh in April for the first time in about 15 years. I can't wait!
