i went through the same thing this is what u must do first have confidents in your skills and believe that you can guard anybody and take anybody on the court. don't put pressure on your self and don't try to make something happen let the game "come" to you

I am an 8th grader and I am awesome in practice and awesome in games at the rec like 4 on 4. But during a real game where our school plays someone else i just choke so please give me some advice
