the key to increasing your vertical is to have some sort of a program or scedule. You can't just do one of the exercises one day and expect to see a huge increase. Over time you will gain. By the way, i must reccommend THe vertical leap program Rise to the Rim. it works better, faster, and is cheaper than anything that i have used so far. to check it out go here: http://www.homestead.com/risetotherim

that stuff does not work,it's all about the strength in your legs. Im 13 and im 5'11 you said you are 6'00 how old are you
