So far i have purchased Jump soles, Air Alert II And Rise to the Rim all in that order. the jump soles were goofy and expensive and i didn't see much of an increase from them. Air Alert was a little better but i didn't gain nearly as much as i did with Rise To The Rim. It's low price also made it even more worthwhile. I gained three inches after my first week of Rise To The Rim and now, just a couple weeks later, i can touch rim and im 5'10". unless you want useless jump shoes laying around your house, get Rise To The Rim.
