A proven remedy: Running for a mile a day can improve ur stamina. But for advanced training , follow these guidelines to get yourself trained for the basketball season.


1. 50 situps a day


2. 50 shots a day


3. 50 layups a day


4. run 2 miles a day


Try making 50 layups in less than 15 minutes time, and try making 50 shots ( from about 15 feet) in less than a half an hour


5. 50 pushups a day


6. left weights for 10 pounds of 15 sets for ur shooting hand. Then gradually go up to 15 lbs. Once you are satisfied, goto the opposite hand




If this is too much, cutting it in half will be just as effective, just as long as you make up for it later on. Following these workouts will make you one of the strongest ballers in tryouts. GOOD LUCK.

And Iam 6'0 and I can't dunk so I need help on that too.
