exercises don't have to be complicated, by handbells i assume you are talking about dumbells? is so you can do bicep curls, if not ehn i am not sure what device you are talking about, but you can do simple exrcises, i.e pushups, pullups/chinups (if you have a bar you can hang on anywhere) and squats, along with crunches to work on your core strength, which is very important.

im 5'3 in middleschool. i need to gain some muscle without access to a gym(all i have are two handbells) wat are some advanced exercises i can do
