Please read up on Vertical leap in books before you undertake posting stuff you just guess on. The vertical leap excercises you posted will not work and a combined program of speed-strength that develop fast-twitch muscles is what you need. Your basketball skills are great for beginners i guess, but learn more about vertical leap and weight-training before giving suggestions to others on it.
