how can i teach my players how to trap and keep the offense sealed off. i've tried everything and nothing seems to work

Hear at FBS.com, we think defense first. So to trap, bring one guy to cover the men on your side of the court that do not have the ball. Only cover the men on the half of the court that you are trying to score on. And the man that has the ball, put 2or3 men on him. This way, you can have high defensive pressure without risking the chance of a foul or score by the other team on a mismatch.
